Inburgeringcoach

Terms of Service

In effect from 2026-09-28.

1. Who we are

Inburgeringcoach is an online course that prepares adults for the Dutch inburgering exams.

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you buy a subscription, the terms for that are in sections 5 to 7.

2. What the service is, and is not

The course offers lessons, practice, feedback and a study plan for the A2 and B1 exam parts and KNM. Some feedback is written by AI against a rubric: it is an estimate, it can be wrong, and you can dispute it. Shared lessons are reviewed by people before learners see them.

We do not promise that you will pass an exam, and we are not connected to DUO or any exam body. Lessons and features may change as the course improves.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google. An account is for one person, aged 16 or over. Keep access to it to yourself: you are responsible for what happens in it. What you write and record stays yours; you allow us to store and process it only to run the course for you, as the privacy notice describes.

4. The free account

Signing up is free and needs no card. A free account includes a small number of lessons, chosen by us, and no AI feedback. We may change which lessons are free.

5. Subscriptions and the free trial

The full course is a subscription, billed every 3 months (€69) or every year (€199). Prices include VAT and are shown before you pay.

A new subscription starts with a free trial of 7 days. You give your card when the trial starts; you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before. Each account gets one trial.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in Settings; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

Payments are handled by Stripe, which sells the subscription to you as merchant of record. Stripe's own terms apply to the payment itself, and your receipts and billing emails come from Stripe and Link. The charge appears on your bank statement as LINK.COM* INBURGERENCOACH.

6. Refunds and your right to withdraw

If you change your mind, ask within 14 days of any payment, renewals included, and we refund that payment in full, no questions asked. This includes your right under EU law to withdraw from a contract made online within 14 days.

7. Price changes

We give at least 30 days' notice by email before a new price applies to your subscription. It takes effect at a renewal, never in the middle of a paid period, and you can cancel before it does.

8. Fair use

Do not share your account, copy the course material in bulk, try to get around limits or payments, or upload other people's personal information. AI feedback has a real cost per use, so we may limit use that is far beyond normal study.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting it cancels a running subscription and removes your learning data, as the privacy notice explains. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms; unless the breach is serious, we tell you first and give you the chance to put it right.

10. Our responsibility

We work to keep the course available and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be without interruptions or errors. We are responsible for damage we cause through intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we tell you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

12. Law

Dutch law applies. If you live in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the consumer law of that country.

Lets our analytics service keep a small identifier, so visits days apart count as one person, and record the screen with everything you type and read hidden. Off: we still count visits, but nothing is stored on your device.
