Before you pay
Is there a free version?
Yes. A free account includes a few lessons to try, and needs no card. AI feedback on your writing, Bram, review and every other published lesson come with a subscription, which starts with a free trial.
How does the free trial work?
Checkout asks for your card, but nothing is charged until the free trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Does it renew automatically?
Yes. The quarterly plan renews every 3 months and the yearly plan every year, until you cancel. You get an email before each renewal.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
In Settings, under Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
What will my bank statement say?
The charge appears as LINK.COM* INBURGERENCOACH. Payments are handled by Stripe and Link, who also send your receipts.
How can I pay?
Checkout shows the payment methods available to you. You can enter a promotion code there too.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of any payment, renewals included, and we refund it in full, no questions asked. This also covers your EU right to withdraw.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Your progress is kept. Settings shows the date your access ends, and you can subscribe again at any time.
Can the price change?
We give at least 30 days' notice before any price change.
